In 2001, after a discussion
with Dr. Henry Allen,

the needs of the underserved. Dr. Scott envisioned
a ministry based on
Luke 4:18, that helped people
find balance in life,
while enhancing their
relationship with Jesus Christ.
This ministry would work to help
free persons from the
chains of depression, racism, stress,
health challenges and the broader issues involving individuals,
families, churches and communities.
